“Some of our jobs involve cutting up to 20 sheets and would previously have required anywhere from 20 to 40 hours or more of cutting time. The laser has reduced that to roughly a quarter of the previous time.”
“Rather than having to go out and be waiting for someone else's timeline, we're creating our own timeline ourselves.”
“There's always someone at the end of the phone ready to help out and offer advice if you've got an issue.”
“Excellent selection of machines and very knowledgeable team of advisors to find the right solution for any metalworking business. With excellent aftercare and service team to effect maintenance, training and repairs.”
“From enquiry stage right thru to delivery every stage was handled professionally and efficiently. The single point of contact made all the difference. No being passed from one desk to another.”
“We discussed the options and found the right machines for us. We then sorted out quotes including the sale of our old machines. The purchases from start to finish were hassle free.”

For over a decade we've been working with Corgin across many aspects of emissions management, from relatively small one-off temporary projects to significant long-term installations. Their collaborative approach coupled with innovative problem solving, while still being good value for money, means they are always my first port of call.

It depends on your dust source, the area you need to cover and how long the work will last. Mist cannons suit large, open areas and moving work faces. Compact mobile units suit boundaries and specific dust sources. Installed systems suit fixed, ongoing dust sources such as conveyors, tipping areas and storage bays. Tell us about your site and a Corgin specialist will recommend the right option.
Yes. Our self-contained units carry their own water and power. The MistCannon Ranger has an integrated 2,000 litre tank and on-board generator, and the DustLayer has a 1,100 litre tank, so you can control dust anywhere on site.
Yes. We deliver, set up and commission your system, show your team how to use it, and keep it running with CarePlan servicing and troubleshooting support for the life of the equipment.
We keep mobile units in stock, ready for quick dispatch, so urgent requirements can be turned around fast. Installed systems are designed around your site, so we'll confirm timings for assessment, delivery and commissioning in your quote. If it's urgent, call us on 01785 229300.
Yes. We supply DustFast surface dust suppressant, ReFresh Prime additives and SubZero Antifreeze on a repeat basis, so your dust control keeps working through dry spells and freezing weather.
Effective, consistent dust suppression is one of the clearest ways to show you're actively managing emissions. Visible controls at the source and the boundary help reduce complaints, and support your dust management plan when the Environment Agency, HSE or local authority visit.
Yes. “Mist cannon” and “dust cannon” usually mean the same kind of machine: a powerful fan that throws a fine water mist over a wide area to capture airborne dust. Our MistCannon ranger covers large, open areas and moving work faces, and the MistCannon Ranger reaches up to 40 m with automated oscillation. It’s also self-contained, with a 2,000 litre tank and detachable generator, so it can work on sites without power or water. Tell us about your site and we’ll recommend the right unit.
We control dust at the source and along the site boundary. Mist cannons cover large areas, such as earthworks and demolition faces, while compact mobile units like the DustLayer target site perimeters and specific dust sources. For haul roads and yards, we offer a roadway spray bar and DustFast surface suppressant. The water droplets are sized to capture fine inhalable and respirable dust, helping protect your workforce and reduce complaints from neighbours.
Yes. We’re based in Stafford and support sites across the UK with supply, setup, servicing and consumables. We keep mobile units in stock, ready for quick dispatch, and we’ll confirm delivery timings for your site in your quote. If it’s urgent, call us on 01785 229300.
